Normally, users are not supposed to go through these steps. But Quest is a complex device with all kinds of troubles. Anything can happen.
Sometimes, resetting the browser can fix a problem.
1. Site Permission
Quest Browsers asks for site permission when you first run the game. Clearing site permission may fix various issues.
There is no need to clear cookies. Only clear Site Settings.
2. App Permission
The system may ask for permission to access the microphone or spatial data. You could have unknowingly declined some of them.
Look for App Permission page on the settings menu.
3. Reset Quest Browser
Resetting Quest Browser may fix rare symptoms.
